MNCLand.com – PT MNC Land Tbk (“MNC Land” or the “Company”) has conducted Public Expose during the Investor Summit 2018 which was facilitated by the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Wednesday (August 29, 2018).
During the event, the Company’s Board of Directors provided a detailed explanation in regards to the current condition and performance of the Company as well as its future project developments and promising prospects. In general, the Company focuses in 4 main business segments including: MNC Lido City, a new 3,000 hectares township development located in Bogor and Sukabumi, West Java; MNC Bali Resort, a 110 hectares integrated resort development in Tanah Lot, Tabanan, Bali; General Properties which includes the Company’s existing property portfolios such as office building, retail, apartment and hotel; and Property Services which includes building management, security and cleaning service.
In 2018, the development of MNC Lido City has entered a crucial phase, including the construction of macro infrastructure connecting the 3.4 kilometers main road with the Ciawi-Sukabumi section I toll gate which is located at the entrance of MNC Lido City. The construction of the Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences Lido is targeted to start in late 2018, while the theme park construction is expected to commence in early 2019.
MNC Bali Resort will feature the following development components: Trump International Resort Bali, a luxury resort equipped with 150 suites and villas as well as Beach Club; Trump International Golf Club Bali, a signature 18-hole golf course designed by an American professional golfer, Phil Mickelson; and, Trump Residences Bali, a niche community nestled in a luxury lifestyle. The development of MNC Bali Resort has entered the final design stage and its construction is expected to commence in early 2019.
In addition to MNC Lido City dan MNC Bali Resort, the Company is also developing several hotels, apartment and office building in various strategic locations in Jakarta and Surabaya, such as MNC Land Tower in Jakarta and One East Penthouse & Residences Collection in Surabaya which also features Oakwood Hotel & Residence.
