MNCLand.com – International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) held Global FIABCI Business Summit 2018 with the theme of Affordable Housing & International Tourism Development.
The conference, which took place on 5-8 December 2018 at the BICC, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, became the first conference that held outside of Europe for the last 68 years. FIABCI members from 72 countries comprised of individuals, consultants, agencies, and developers attended the annual conference event.
MNC Land, as a member of the FIABCI Indonesia – REI, is participating in this four-day event. Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo is also present and be one of the keynote speakers in FIABCI Global Business Summit 2018.
On the talkshow during the FIABCI Global Business Summit 2018 that took place on Wednesday (6/12/2018), Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo said that this summit can be the starting point for Indonesia to boost investor confidence, particularly in the property and tourism sector.
“The property and tourism are the industries that can move forward simultaneously. Moreover, these two sectors are very important for the economic growth of the country, because it can bring in tourists and produce economic benefits,” said Hary Tanoesoedibjo.
He continued that property and tourism sectors have important roles. For that, it needs to be supported by the construction of roads, airports, railway lines, double track, and other infrastructures.
“At one of the meeting with President Joko Widodo, he agreed that the property and tourism sectors will be priority for attention and growth,” said Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo.
