MNCLand.com – BOD (Board of Director) Forum IV MNC Group carries the theme Let’s Collaborate to Win. The event, which was attended by all board of directors of all MNC Group business units, was held at Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel, Bogor, West Java.

Chairman MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo said that synergies would result in multiplication if based upon a true business model and a solid team. Synergies are very important for success.

“The synergies created the multiplication, one plus one is not two, but maybe three or four,” said Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo time of giving direction at the BOD Forum IV MNC Group on Friday (29/11/2019).

He said, synergy is very important, but should be considered in order. First, the correct business model.

“The business model is right on target. Times have changed, we should be able to change the times. Any changes should we adjust the business model, then the collaboration it can run well,” he said.

He continued, the business model also needs to be realistic and in line with the ecosystem. After that, the second step to success is human resources should also be ensured to have the right management.

“The right organizational structure, the right culture, the right SOP, certainly must be in line with the business model,” he said.

Third, the synergies or collaboration. Collaboration within the team must be strong, solid and good. The collaboration includes inter-divisional and inter-enterprise in the MNC Group.

“If we do a sequence like this, we will reach the goal better,” said Chairman of MNC Group.

Hary Tanoesoedibjo added, during the two days of holding the BOD Forum IV MNC Group, many creative ideas emerged. There is the result of joint discussions previously with him, and that was established by the participants.

BOD Forum IV MNC Group lasted for two days, November 28 to 29, 2019. Some series of activities were held, including visiting project MNC Lido City, outdoor activity, dinner & night performance, as well as a variety of workshops to develop insight and innovation.
